Our Services

Our Process Begins with a Family Wealth Planning Session.

9

Before

Before the session you will complete homework that will have you feeling more organized and put together than you have in a long time. Maybe ever.

9

During

During the session, we will look at what would happen to all of what you have and everyone you love, if you become incapacitated or when you die.
9

After

Then, we’ll determine a plan together to make sure everything goes the way you want it to so you are always in control. And so your family always knows just how much you care.

Three Levels of Planning

Estate planning at Schwartz Legacy Planning, LLC. is not one size fits all. We’ll review these 3 options during your Family Wealth Planning Session and you’ll choose the plan that’s right for you.

Family Plan

For the family who is not concerned about their assets going through the court process called probate upon death, but does want to guarantee their minor children are well cared for no matter what, their health care wishes are turned into directives and their loved ones are able to access their assets using a durable power of attorney if they become incapacitated.

Trust Plan

For the family who wants the total assurance and peace of mind knowing your family will stay out of court and conflict upon your death or in the event of incapacity. You also want to ensure assets will be transferred to heirs with the most ease and convenience possible in the privacy of our office without court involvement. PLUS everything included in the Family Plan.

Wealth Plan

For the family who wants the total assurance and peace of mind of the Trust Plan AND also the comfort of knowing that asset transfers have been handled with assistance from our office, so nothing is left out or lost because you got too busy.

This plan is appropriate for busy families who want the least amount of personal effort and the greatest amount of convenience and care.

How much does it cost?

Generally, our fees start around $2,000 and go up to around $8,000 on the high end for an extensive plan that provides significant asset protection after death + maximum protection for your assets from inadvertent loss to the State Department of Unclaimed Property or the Court process.

We’ve priced our planning for you at the intersection of affordability and effectiveness. When we meet for your Family Wealth Planning Session, we will review the 3 planning levels with you, and you will choose your own fee based on your budget and the planning options that are most important to you and your family.

There truly is no one size fits all choice. Instead, we have created a process to educate you so that you can make empowered, informed choices for the people you love. Our plans will ensure your family has somewhere to turn when something happens to you, giving you real security, not the false security that comes with a cheap set of estate planning documents.

With each of our estate plans we include a no-charge three-year review to ensure that as your life changes, so does your estate plan and to confirm your assets are held properly for maximum protection.

More Than Just Your Money – Leaving a REAL Legacy

We believe your financial wealth is only a small part of your overall “Family Wealth” which is made up of your far more valuable – and most often lost upon incapacity or death – intellectual, spiritual and human assets. These assets are what make you who you are, and sum up what’s most important to you. And, a survey of inheritors has revealed that what they care about even more than inheriting your money, is inheriting these intangible assets.

Most estate plans only focus on the transfer of your financial wealth to the next generation. Most people have such great intentions of passing on the intangible, but very few ever get around to it. It’s just not a priority, until it’s too late. How much do you know about your grandparents’ values? Their most prized personal possessions? How they felt about you? What they learned during their lifetime?

If you are like most people, you know very little. We’ve developed a tool that allows us to capture and pass on your whole family wealth, including your Intellectual, Spiritual and Human assets. We’ll go into all the details when you come in for your Family Wealth Planning Session.
