Leave a Legacy of Love, Care & Ease
We’re estate planning attorneys who help South Carolina and Maryland families protect their loved ones from court and conflict.
Meet Casey Schwartz
As a mother to three children, I am reminded every day of the importance of life and legacy planning that leaves your loved ones with a sense of love, care and ease.
After graduating law school in 2012, I was exposed to the traditional, transactional model of estate planning that far too often leaves gaps, resulting in unnecessary confusion and conflict.
I quickly began my work in this field with the focus of empowering families with improved lives today and a legacy for tomorrow. We all leave a legacy, whether we want to or not. We want our families to know we took care of them when the inevitable happens.
I am proud to be my clients’ trusted advisor, guiding them through the complex process of financial and legal decision making during the estate planning process, and ensuring that parents of minor children have total peace of mind that their children will never enter the care of strangers.
We’re Not Your Typical Estate Planning Attorneys.
Have you experienced:
Fear of talking or thinking about a scenario in which you’re not around to take care of your loved ones
Being overwhelmed with the choices and complexities in the estate planning process
Being worried about trusting an attorney with such a deeply personal subject
Being charged additional fees for every 10 minute conversation with your attorney in the past
Discovering that after several life or law changes, your existing estate plan has become outdated and you have no one to turn to for advice
I heard stories like this all the time. I discovered the estate planning industry was not designed to serve growing families who experience lots of change on their way to success. It was designed to serve 70 and 80-year olds who were preparing for death.
Our Firm Prepares You for Life.
We built our practice with the needs of growing families in mind. You are busy – you are raising children, caring for aging parents, all while also working hard to build your own nest egg.
You want to make sure your minor children would be raised by the people you choose, and that your teens and adult children are properly prepared to care for you and what you leave behind.
You want to feel confident that you’ve made the right choices, and that you aren’t leaving behind a mess when something happens.
That is our focus as well.
We’ve developed unique systems to give you the same access to a Personal Family Lawyer® as was previously only available to the super-wealthy, so you can have the guidance you need to build and maintain a life of prosperity and wealth.
